Boarding & Pick-up Points
Private operators offer multiple boarding points — choose the one closest to you during booking. Arrive at least 15 minutes early as buses depart on time. Pick-up points shift occasionally; always check your confirmed ticket SMS for the final point. Government buses depart only from official bus stands.
Luggage & Amenities
Most buses allow 1 bag under the seat + luggage in the hold (up to 15–20 kg free). Overhead racks for small bags. AC buses include charging ports at every seat. Premium operators provide water bottles, snacks and blankets on overnight routes. Heavy items like bicycles need prior operator approval.

Cancellation policies vary by operator but our platform standardises refunds: 4+ hours before: 75–100% refund. 2–4 hours before: 50% refund. Under 2 hours or no-show: no refund. Operator-cancelled trips receive a full refund automatically. Refunds credit to the original payment in 2–5 business days.
Show your m-ticket or printed ticket to the bus conductor along with a photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport). The name must match the ticket. SMS confirmation with the booking ID is usually sufficient for most private operators — no printout needed.
Yes — our bus layout selector lets you pick any available seat or berth in real time. For sleeper buses, lower berths are recommended for first-timers (easier access) while upper berths offer more privacy. Window seats on the left side generally have better scenic views on highway routes.
Most overnight buses make 1–2 meal halts at highway dhabas or restaurants (20–30 min stops). Premium operators like VRL, KSRTC Airavat include a snack box. Carry your own water and light snacks for comfort — especially for routes over 8 hours. Our app notifies you of upcoming halt timings so you're never caught off guard.
Standard allowance is one bag in the hold (up to 15 kg) plus a small carry-on bag. Extra luggage or oversized items may incur charges at the driver's discretion. Valuables should be kept with you inside the cabin. For bikes or large musical instruments, contact the operator directly before booking.
